The costs of the legal services provided by Fisher & Byrialsen vary greatly depending on the complexity of the case. Each case is assessed after the initial client interview and a price is quoted to the client. Each client will be required to pay a certain amount up front, which will cover all legal services prior to trial. Once the case is set for trial an additional fee will be required to try the case. The initial consultation is free and can be done over the phone or in person, depending on what is easier for the client.
